VoxWeb Soluciones de Voz, in line with its principle of technological leadership in the field of voice products and solutions (Text to Speech Recognition TTS and ASR), annually conducts major efforts in improvement and innovation of new products and results to suit
market needs, often moving into the future. It has consequently established a systematic internal R&D&i plan, which devotes a substantial number of hours of his technical team and collaborates with other companies in public projects for R&D&I promotion.
The proposed PLATAFORMA ECM DE SERVICIOS ONLINE CON ACCESO MEDIANTE VOZ subscribes under the National Plan for Scientific Research, Development and Technological Innovation 2008-2011, through Plan Avanza 2.
Participating in this cooperative project are: TECNOCOM Telecomunicaciones y Energia S.A, as leader, IMATIA INNOVATION S.A. and VOXWEB SOLUCIONES DE VOZ S.L.
The project's objective is to achieve a Web platform that integrates portal and content management system, with a standard solution and powerful document management and a records and process manager. Their integration will permit achievement of the following technological goals:

- Offer a comprehensive solution.
- Have a single execution context.
- Fully modular architecture.
- Unified point of access.
- High ability to combine with other products and solutions.
- Provide the system with multiple access and information routes.
- Offer powerful search capabilities on stored information and respond to administrative and business process needs, that require a high burden of document management.
- Operating through a user-friendly management and implementation interface, and originated from telephone terminals through the use of voice.
Integration with VoxWeb solutions will provide the platform with access to the service and content from terminals such as PCs and PDAs using voice and will enable access to the services of the platform through the telephone channel.
