VoxWeb products and solutions can be hired in two ways, purchase of a license, or licensing in SaaS (Software as a Service):

• Purchase of the license: The employment of a product in this form involves the ownership of a license to use the previous for an unlimited period. In this mode of enrollment, the customer must hold the solution with their own means, having the possibility of hiring an annual maintenance service, which will ensure the upgrading to new versions.


• Licensing in SaaS: The appointment of a product in this scheme involves the employment of the product as a service for a renewable period. In this case the service contract includes all resources required for its production exploitation: VoxWeb product licensing, server hardware, telecommunications, generic software licenses server, administration and maintenance, and so on.

These contract-mode offers enable us to address our customers´ needs, who on the basis of availability of Data Processing Centers, growth forecasts, direct and indirect costs related to profit etc. can decide which of these options involves implementation at lower TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
