VoxWeb News: VoxAccess and VoxPortal.
Listen to the content of your website from your mobile phone (VoxAccess)
Browsing Internet on a mobile phone is today a reality, thanks to the latest-generation mobile phones, which incorporate advanced HTTP browsers (JavaScript, Flash, etc.). Still, the reading of web content through the mobile phone is a tedious task for the user, given the limited size of their screens.
Given the above, it appears that the contents of a website can be difficult to access, and therefore the possibility of hearing them from the mobile phone itself will improve accessibility.
VoxWeb has launched a new VoxPlay product component called VoxAccess, which lets you hear the web content from your mobile phone, vocalized with our technology.
Try VoxAccess module yourself by accessing our website from your mobile phone (via http browsers with Flash Lite3.0). You can test the functioning in both the homepage and in the VoxPlay product section.
There is further information in the Accessibility / Reading content section.
Telephone latest-generation voice portal with VoxPortal
We have launched an innovative voice portal technology (VoxPortal) that allows:
- Automatic generation of VXML code from Web templates, programmable in JavaScript, based on navigation .
- Established rapidly given it is an appliance (hardware / software) that uses open-source software telephony (Asterisk).
This structure allows our product VoxPortal to arrange voice portals very quickly and with substantially lower costs than the existing ones.
